Termsify is building a marketplace for terms-based real estate discovery and introductions. This policy covers how the marketing site handles information before you create a marketplace account.

2. Information we collect on this site

• You provide: email; optional interest (buyer, seller, coach, professional — multi-select).
• Automatic: standard web logs (IP, user agent, timestamps, pages requested) needed to host, secure, and operate the site.
• Cookies / analytics: see Cookie / analytics notice. We do not use non-essential trackers on this waitlist path.

3. How we use this information

• Operate the waitlist and send launch / product update emails you requested.
• Maintain security, prevent abuse, and measure basic site reliability.
• Comply with law and enforce our Marketing Terms of Use.

We do not sell waitlist emails. Waitlist signup alone does not create a marketplace account.

4. How we share information

Service providers that help run the marketing site and email, including:

• Resend — commercial email delivery.
• Hosting / CDN — Cloudflare Pages for this waitlist.

Providers process data to provide their services. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

5. Retention (marketing scope only)

We keep waitlist emails until you unsubscribe/request removal, or until we retire the waitlist after launch communications end. Exact retention schedule TBD with counsel as part of full Privacy Policy. This sentence is not a locked retention policy.

6. Your choices

What we collect. Email; optional interest role (buyer, seller, coach, professional — multi-select); technical metadata needed to operate the form (submission time; source campaign if present).

Why. To add you to the waitlist, confirm signup where needed, and send launch / product update emails.

How we send email. Resend (commercial) from our verified termsify.com domain.

Your choices. Unsubscribe via any waitlist email, or contact us at the address published on the site to request removal.

Not the full product. This notice covers marketing waitlist signup only. When the marketplace launches, additional privacy terms will apply to accounts and in-product features.

Geography. Termsify launches with an Idaho focus (Boise / Treasure Valley GTM). Joining the waitlist does not create a marketplace account and does not guarantee early access in any region.

Cookie / analytics notice

Cookies. We use only cookies (or similar technologies) that are necessary to operate and secure this marketing site — for example, essential cookies that our hosting or edge network (Cloudflare) may set. We do not use advertising cookies or product-analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics, Segment, Mixpanel, or marketing pixels) on this waitlist page.

Fonts. This page may load the Inter typeface from Google Fonts so text displays consistently. That is a third-party request used for font delivery, not an analytics product we configured. If you block third-party requests in your browser, fonts may fall back to system defaults; the site should still work.
